Commercial and Group Marketing (Commercial)

**Description**

You will report to the Operations Manager and assist in leading and managing a team of Technical Executives and Engineering staff to ensure that all the facilities and equipment within the property are maintained in good operating conditions at all times.

**Resposibilities**
- Plan, implement and verify all preventive maintenance and corrective works of facilities
- Management of services contracts, ensuring that all services contracts are carried out in accordance with contract terms and operating procedures
- Responsible for the A&A work process, including calling of tender, tender evaluation, recommendation and supervision of the works to be completed within the stipulated time
- Prepare technical evaluations, liaise with other internal departments and tenants to ensure that all tenancy works are carried out in accordance with approved tenancy works and compliance to government regulatory requirements
- Support the Leasing Department and marketing communications team in managing events and tenants.
- Other duties include management of energy consumption, proposal of energy saving and sustainability initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the management of commercial and retail properties
- Must be technically competent to evaluate, analyse and troubleshoot engineering problems and be strong in aesthetic details
- Well-versed in Mechanical & Electrical systems, including but not limited to electrical and aircon chillers/AHUs operations, as well as Building Management System and Energy Management Systems.
- Planning and managing the resources to run the day-to-day building operations
- Planning and execution of M&E periodic preventive maintenance, repair and maintenance programmes
- Manage CAPEX, A&A, improvement works including budgeting, procurement, execution and ensuring delivery quality
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Possess relevant trainings and certificates for CERT, Workplace Health & Safety and Senior Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage
