Our company is looking to hire a motivated compliance officer to guarantee that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines. You will work closely with Regional Compliance Manager to manage all compliance processes and activity for the Singapore operations and ensure its adherence to regulations, rules and laws in Singapore.

**Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining Compliance policies and procedures
- Liaise with local regulator/Central Bank and other relevant authorities in order to meet the company’s regulatory obligations
- Perform investors related matters like KYC, due diligence, onboarding, and performance reports
- Assist in preparing training materials on relevant compliance topics, conducting compliance training as required
- Conduct periodic KYC review for new and existing customers
- Responsible for maintenance, compliance, and reporting of regulatory capital returns in compliance with MAS requirements
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Recognised Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of compliance experience within a financial institution, regulator and/or other comparable environment
- Strong understanding of MAS rules and regulations, and regulatory environment and framework, in particular to be well versed in MAS Payment Service Act
- Strong analytical, investigative and risk assessment skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle urgent matters in a calm and effective manner
- Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage
