Closely support and collaborate with the procurement manager and our clinics to execute the sourcing activities.
- Prepare, evaluate and submit price, proposals, recommendations to the procurement manager.
- Manage the daily end-to-end procurement process and working closely all supporting functions needed (e.g. Finance etc.).
- Inventory management, planning & analysis of inventory reports in our stockist warehouse and clinics.
- Prepare inventory reports, weekly sales and purchase reports.
- Process good returns.
- Inventory reconciliation.
- Manage invoicing and billing.
- Trainings are provided

We are the largest Private Dermatologist Practice in Singapore with our 5 clinic locations islandwide.
