**Role description**
- Managing part of our venture building portfolio through identifying pain points for customers in our industry, analyzing their needs and formulating solutions in the form a venture investable business plan. You will work with founders and coordinate other Venture Architects to help bring the company from 0 to 1 and lead the team on a path to success.
- Heavily involved in strategy, commercialization, team setup, product definition, customer engagement and governance setup. You will play a key role in bringing together the right market
- Based out of Singapore, our Venture Architect will work Asia-Pacific with possible expansion to theMiddle East and Europe.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of several companies from ideation stage to incorporation and workingtowards product-market-fit/series-A stage.
- Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to the founder(s) to deliver and grow high potential ventures on a day to day.
- Support the idea validation phase going from 0 to 1 as well as guide your portfolio of ventures as they grow.
- An active contributor to the start-up and entrepreneur ecosystem in which ENGIE operates in APAC and contribute to creating bridge and nurturing innovation in the region.
