You will be a part of Of the HPB team that will be introducing a new digital programme for seniors under HPB's pre-frailty strategy, to encourage seniors to adopt healthy behaviours via self-directed resources that are customised based on the seniors’ functional status. This programme will be integrated into H365 and made available to HSG enrolees who are seniors and those in the pre-frail young seniors aged 40-49 years. The availability of seniors’ programme in H365 would augment the app’s offerings, enabling it to be as a single front door for HSG enrolees, regardless of age, to access healthy lifestyle programmes.

As a key member of the team, this role will be focused on driving product strategy and vision, roadmap management and backlog grooming while ensuring the delivering of best-in-class customer experience for Healthy 365 communities.

You will be required to propose and implement new digital initiatives, work with the various external and internal stakeholders to provide support throughout the lifecycle of Healthy 365.

Coupled with an end-to-end mindset and strong facilitation skills, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as technology, design, program management, analytics, and operations) to scale the new digital programme for seniors under HPB's pre-frailty strategy in Healthy 365 to every pre-frail young seniors aged 40-49 years in Singapore.

**Responsibilities includes but not limited to**:

- Lead backlog grooming, balance and prioritise requirements
- Support the development, design, and implementation of the digital programme for seniors as part of H365. This includes mapping of user journeys to enable personalised experience for participants based on profiles (e.g. age, functional status etc);
- Coordinate the integration of the programme as part of H365’s offerings;
- Monitor and track programme’s performance to further refine programme to better meet the needs of HSG enrolees.

**Be Part of the Team**
- A University degree in Business Administration, Science and Technology.

- You should have at least 3-5 years' working experience in digital product management (especially for a digital mobile app or platform), digital business transformation or consulting, and proven records in Agile development.
