[What the role is]

ASSISTANT MANAGER, DATA SUPPLY (FARES)

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities include:

- Plan and develop to put in place business process and standard operating procedures to ensure that the required data for LTA transport portal is fit-for-purpose.
- Liaises with Public Transport Operators (PTOs) and internal/external stakeholders on matters pertaining to LTA transport portal.
- To update the content on LTA transport portal and attend to public feedback timely.
- Generate statistical data and perform analyses from the bus fare system for purpose of reporting.
- Work with other data systems in the public transport system.
- Handle data sharing requests within and across organisations.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification, preferably with a discipline in engineering, statistics, data management or IT-related
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (i.e Word and Excel)
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Good working knowledge of bus fare systems will be an advantage
- Experience in data analytics will be an advantage
- Good presentation, interpersonal and writing skills
- Analytical with a mind towards problem-solving
- Adaptable with the ability to fit well and fast to the new job scope and team members
