[lta-pt] Deputy Manager

You will play a role in delivering cutting edge technical solutions that benefits Passengers, Operators, and internal LTA stakeholders through the provision of travel information. Our projects include the Common Fleet Management System (CFMS), Passenger Information Display System on Buses and at bus stops, as well as the MAVIS (Mobility Assistance for the Visually Impaired and Selected users) trial.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing these and upcoming projects. You will be the main contact person in charge of delivering solutions which meet stakeholders’ requirements within budget, time and quality targets. In addition, you will define the processes, standards and governance to be implemented throughout the projects.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in any disciplines, preferably in IT or engineering-related fields
- Process-oriented, attentive to details and organized individual, with excellent communication and people skills
- Proven leadership skills, able to motivate and a strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. You should also be willing to use data-analytical tools in your work (e.g. Python, R, and Tableau etc).
- Formal project management trained (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, etc) will be advantageous
