Assist to build a global HR system in line with the development strategy of Laiye.
- Provide solutions to organization development, talent development, banding system, compensation and benefit, general operation, etc.
- Conduct research on global HR policies and best practices to design the best-fit HR system for Laiye and avoid global labor risks.
- Improve performance system with concrete solutions; review and assess employees’ performance.
- Organize talent diagnosis and empowerment with COE, guide HRBP with professional HR tools and project design, support HRBP to conduct OD, TD, performance review and other global projects.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor degree (Master degree is preferred) in psychology, HR management, company management or related fields. Fluent in English with knowledge in other languages a plus.

- Relevant work experience in companies with global business. Mindsights in organization development and talent management.
- Able to build and coordinate with teams of different cultural backgrounds with global and strategic insights.

- Ability in inter-departmental coordination and communication.
- Be willing to embrace changes and innovative. Able to work under pressure with strong empathy.
