**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for laptops, PCs, and IT hardware products.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, resellers, retailers, and system integrators.
- Drive B2B and B2C sales channels, including tenders, bulk orders, and channel distribution partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement, product presentation, quotation, to closing deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and promotions to boost sales performance.
- Lead, train, and supervise a small team of sales executives or account managers.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events to represent the company and strengthen brand presence.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales (laptops, desktops, or related consumer electronics).
- Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Solid knowledge of laptop and desktop specifications and ability to match products to customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with major laptop/PC brands (e.g., Lenovo, HP, Dell, ASUS, Acer).
- Existing network of corporate IT buyers, retailers, or resellers.
- Experience in selling to educational institutions, SMEs, or government sectors is a strong advantage.
