**The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Key Accounts team in expanding MOWIN’s industry-agnostic portfolio of B2B clients based in the APAC region. Project Managers at MOWIN own the end-to-end execution of projects and campaigns, including but not limited to managing production timelines, operations and resource planning, sourcing, vendor management and routine client reporting. They manage daily operations teams comprising internal team members and a network of partners, vendors and freelancers.

In this role, you’ll be empowered with the autonomy to make independent decisions while balancing the diverse needs and priorities of internal and external stakeholders. We’re a lean team operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, constantly tackling new business challenges and learning on the job. Responsibilities and work settings will not be rigidly prescribed, hence, it’s important for team members to possess the ability to navigate unstructured environments and problem-solve strategically.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the Key Accounts team, supporting them in ensuring client success.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, on budget and to world-class standards.
- Conduct market research to support and optimise project delivery for each client.
- Keeping abreast of latest industry trends and standards to execute projects in a fresh yet high-quality manner.
- Organise and manage required resources for each project, maximising budget, efficiency and ROI.
- Source, manage and optimise MOWIN’s network of partners, vendors and freelancers. Establish and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**What We Value**
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing and communications in APAC, including and not limited to ABM campaigns; digital and social media campaigns; online, offline and hybrid events; content marketing; community building and PR. Simultaneous knowledge in B2C marketing and/or specialist marcom skills is a huge plus.
- Thoughtful execution, with a willingness to both lead and follow.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly.
- An openness toward learning new skills in unfamiliar territory.
- Self-starters with the ability to problem-solve independently. A strong sense of ownership in work.

**What We Require**
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a regional project management role at a B2B marketing and/or communications agency.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and project management skills, especially in putting together and managing resources (internal team members, partners, vendors, freelancers) to execute projects successfully.
- A strong understanding of how marketing functions serve overall business and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools. Strong written and oral communication skills in English; business proficiency in a second language is a plus.

**Remuneration
Monthly salary range: SGD 3,000 - 4,000
