**The Opportunity**

To start with, you assist the Content Lead in developing and executing all projects. You guide and coach fellow writers in maintaining the standards and expectations of the work-ensuring that the Content Style Guide is correctly implemented across the board.

Secondly, you'll bring your eye for detail to the reviews you perform as you verify grammar and tonality. You fact-check contents against the larger strategy and objective(s) set by the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy in output, while collaborating closely with the team of Designers, Learning Specialists, and Project Managers, so projects are delivered on time and in line with expectations.

Finally, you participate in meetings and presentations occasionally with various stakeholders and departments to understand business needs and requirements, while contributing ideas and solutions alongside the Content Lead.

**Your Background**

We need people who are unafraid to roll up their sleeves, do some nitty-gritty work, build on the ideas of others, and be able to work under pressure. We also need those who can discover and understand context quickly so they can turn their superpowers to bring the work alive. A can-do attitude is a must. A healthy dose of imagination, curiosity, and humour is a plus
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and work management platforms
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Able to build and launch learning products with solutions that comprise digital, instructor-led, and work-based experiences
- Knowledgeable about learning science and the difference between a curriculum, syllabus and lesson plan
- Experienced in content strategy and can craft content for various formats
