**Recruitment Business Support (Start-Up / SME) - Medical & Life Science**

**Summary**

A start-up business specialising in the Medical & Life science talent acquisition business is seeking for a recruitment business support profile. Flexible working arrangements with work from home arrangements are available.

**The Opportunity**

As the Recruitment Business Support, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment consultants with their business needs. There will room for self-development where through your business support you will gain exposure in various areas of business including marketing, research, business development and using cloud-based systems.

You may also undertake business and client facing duties should you wish to have further career development towards a business role. The lead consultant will guide and train you on every step on how to develop business.

**What we look for**:

- You are familiar with working in the recruitment industry
- Experience in working in a recruitment agency environment or specialised headhunting markets
- An understanding of science, healthcare, biomedical, biology etc - (advantageous not required)
- **MUST **have achieved the CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
- Assist with job posting on job boards and business media platforms
- Detailed orientated to assist with database management, organisation and data entry
- Supporting the consultants on market research
- Operational duties including invoicing and general business management
