**Media Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital Strategy: Research market trends, identify media opportunities and work closely with business leads to contribute to media proposals and present to clients.
- Media Planning: Conduct KPI simulations and develop detailed plans by channel, marketing funnel stage, and target audience. Ensure all campaign structures are aligned with client objectives.
- Campaign implementation: Build and structure campaigns according to the media plans, from activation to optimization and oversee campaign performance, ensuring campaign delivery stays aligned with KPI and timelines.
- Ad Platform Setup: Create and manage ad accounts across platforms. Coordinate pixel and tag implementation with the support of the tech team. Conduct QA to ensure accurate tracking and account readiness before campaign launch.
- Data Analysis: Analyze media performance against KPIs and present reports with actionable insights. Occasionally collaborate with data and tech teams on automation initiatives.
- Media Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to cover external channels such as OOH, OTT/CTV and Print. Negotiate rates to secure media inventory for key campaigns
- Stakeholder management: Client-facing and collaboration with cross-functional teams: media partners, account executives and creative to ensure media strategies are integrated into the overall business execution

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the media industry, including proposal, planning and implementation. Regional exposure is highly desirable..
- Media expertise: In-depth knowledge across multiple media platforms across Search, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic. Experience partnering with media partners to execute other vertical channels such OOH, CTV/OTT, and Print is a plus. Staying up-to-date on the latest media trends and best-practices to identify opportunities.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with digital media operations, including ad account setup, pixel implementation, and media buying on Google Ads (Search & P.Max), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic (DV360, TTD, etc) and web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Strategic Planning: Proven ability in media planning and buying, with the ability to optimize budget allocation, channel strategy, and campaign structures (bidding, audience segmentation, placements, ad formats, A/B tests) to achieve client KPIs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing skills to effectively translate complex ideas into clear and compelling presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Cross-Functional: Confident and approachable with experience collaborating with creative and account service teams to deliver integrated solutions. Experience managing media teams in other markets is a plus.
