About the Team
The Global Food Program team promotes best practices and supports the business by elevating and creating unique employee and client food and beverage experiences. Our team focuses on implementing industry knowledge across our global portfolio, providing special food and beverage opportunities, creating leading operating standards and deploying innovative ideas that engage our team.

As an experienced and accomplished Global Workplace Food Program Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific (excluding mainland China) regions. You will leverage your expertise in workplace catering management, strategic thinking, and knowledge of global catering strategies to drive excellence in our company's employee catering experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of short-to-long term strategic optimisation plans, processes, programs, and initiatives for the company's employee catering (workplace) experience.
- Formulate, benchmark, and introduce industry-leading catering/workplace engagement and compliance best practices.
- Take ownership of multi-faceted and multi-region projects, project methodology, events, and initiatives aligned with the organisation's culture, values, and matrixed organisation.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including leaders, third-party service providers, vendors, and various departments.
- Proactively troubleshoot risks, identify opportunities, and introduce scalable solutions in a commercial, entrepreneurial, and data-driven manner, leveraging industry insights.
- Deliver regular data driven insights, analytics & metrics through reports, presentations and business cases on catering / workplace activities and projects with cross-function teams to manage costs and budgets effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional experience in the food and catering service industry and/or workplace operation industry.
- Rich experience in catering management, workplace experience/operations, hospitality management, general business management, or related fields.
- Good technical operational knowledge; relevant Food, Health, and Safety certifications would be advantageous.
- Possess a strategic mindset with thought leadership abilities. Strong communication, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven leadership experience in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Desire to promote growth and innovative solutions, with an open mindset for change and challenges.
- Strong project and program management experience with a focus on global internal/external audiences within a matrixed organisational structure.
- People management experience would be a bonus.
- Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
