This job provides leadership to cross functional teams in the development and implementation of multiple large scale workplace programs, complex projects, and initiatives domestically and globally.
- Ensures workplace programs /projects and initiatives are completed in line with organizational long-term goals and objectives.
- Oversees and directs work of cross functional team members, advising team on projects, tasks, timelines, deliverables, and operations. This requires using analysis tools, facilitating work sessions, managing detailed schedules, coordinating timelines, consolidating reporting, managing multiple processes, and replicating this work for each sub-phase of program delivery.
- Provides financial estimates and analysis for program planning and budgeting.
- Works with global BU finance leads to plan and execute workplace budgets.
- Communicates project/program status, issues, results and business impact to local and senior management.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to ensure success of projects/programs.
- The role is responsible for designing replicate-able process and scaling tools to be used globally.
