Jurong West, Singapore Professional Testing Services Pte Ltd Full time

Inspect and manage all aspects of daily building maintenance including and not limited to plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, landscaping, pumping systems, security, lift, fire protection and housekeeping Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements, health & security standards, meet energy efficiency requirements and provide good support to various internal departments.
- Oversee the work of contractors per the service agreement and ensure safety requirements are met.
- Responsible for the maintenance contracts, company vehicles and mandatory licenses renewed timely.
- Facilities/ equipment vendor management includes and not limited to sourcing, negotiation with vendors, quotation evaluation, PR processing, goods receive and budget planning.
- Willing to work extra hours for emergency repair if needed. Other tasks as assigned by superior.
- Observe abnormalities during routine inspection and escalate to relevant sub-contractors for resolution while keep manager posted on the status immediately
- Suggest improvement on maintenance plans

**Requirements**:

- NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience
- Computer literate in Ms Words / Excel
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Have inititative and teamwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
