**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Primary responsibility **is the Controls Engineer function for TCM Semiconductor Company (chemical system) in Singapore.
- Involve in control related troubleshooting for system failures at customer site and work closely with OEM & customer control team.
- Give appropriate solutions to controls issues upon review with customer and OEM control team. Propose for solution with method statements to mitigate the risk to minimize downtime / impact for operation.
- Attend meetings with client, generate report and follow up on control related issues and update regularly to customer for status with proper closure (include presentations to client).
- Create and maintain the control database and architecture drawings for all Fab (type, model, version & others critical details).
- Request and follow up all control related quotes for any rectification and spares.
- Generate procedures/MOS for control related activity (Example: startup & shutdown SCADA and reboot system PLC).
- Supervise vendors/subcon control related activities and update status to client.
- Perform standby for emergency activation to respond on control related issue troubleshooting.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when require by client or site management.

**Required key skills (functional/technical)**
- Experience in SCADA/HMI System: RSView, Wonderware InTouch, FactoryTalk, Parker, ProFace HMI
- Working experience in difference types of PLC (Allen Bradly, Siemens, Rockwell RS Logix 5000/500, GE Fanuc).
- Familiar with PLC control component, ability to carry out hardware replacement.
- Ability to perform basic PLC minor software modification programming and modification in SCADA animations.
- Good technical background and troubleshooting skills.

**Miscellaneous job-related duties**
- Involve in startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, SDS and process systems for Kinetics.
- Involved in improvement plan
- Involve in FMEAs and implement solutions by working with OEM & Customer
- Provide training to backup engineers on trouble shooting methods for control related issues and all documentation.
- Involve in Quotation, Purchase Order, DO’s, SCR & billing for own projects (upon request).

**Required qualifications/experience**
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in semiconductor and/or gas industry (added advantage)
