TCM Operations Manager

Lead a team to achieve exceptional results in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a TCM Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of TCM treatments including acupuncture, tuina, moxibustion, and Chinese medicine.

  • Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, maximize treatment bookings, and optimize revenue.

  • Ensure timely and accurate staff commissions and vendor payments.

  • Conduct staff training to improve service quality and efficiency.

  • Review customer feedback and market trends to enhance offerings.

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control.

  • Perform regular competitor analysis to maintain service standards and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in operations and management of TCM clinic or spa settings.

  • Strong knowledge of TCM treatments and healthcare operations.

  • Highly sales-driven with strong ambition to achieve top-tier results and significantly grow revenue.

  • Proven track record in driving sales, meeting targets, and leading high-performance teams.

  • Familiar with retail functions including pricing, stock control, and sales analysis.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; able to lead, motivate, and work well with a team.

  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership.

  • Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.
