Job Description\

Our organization seeks a seasoned business professional to assume the role of TCM Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Lead daily operations for TCM treatments, including acupuncture, tuina, moxibustion, Chinese medicine, and other modalities.
  • Strategically oversee team performance to achieve sales targets and optimize treatment bookings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate staff commissions and vendor payments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to continually refine our offerings.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control initiatives.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to maintain exceptional service standards and drive growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in operations and management of TCM clinic or spa settings.
  • Strong knowledge of TCM treatments and healthcare operations is essential.
  • Highly sales-driven with a strong ambition to achieve top-tier results and significantly grow revenue.
  • Proven track record in driving sales, meeting targets, and leading high-performance teams.
  • Familiarity with retail functions, including pricing, stock control, and sales analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; able to lead, motivate, and work well with a team.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.
