**Job Requirements**:

- Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas;
- Demonstrated strong ability to understand technical drawings and plan;
- Have knowledge of design trends, competitiplansrices, and the ability to meet specific needs of clients;
- Must be able to work well under pressure and fast dynamic environment to submit design in timely and quality manner;
- Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes;
- Able to resolve unexpected problems that may arise over the phone or direct drop by whichsoever beyond working hours, weekends or public holiday;
