Job Description

This role combines interior design skills with furniture breakdowns and space-planning drawings creation. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in dedicated furniture BOM/manufacturing software, working knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp for basic drafting, and competence in Excel for maintaining material lists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed space-planning drawings and furniture breakdowns from site measurements.
  • Generate accurate material schedules for production and purchasing teams.
  • Maintain drawing revisions and ensure alignment between design and fabrication.
  • Liaise with site personnel to resolve installation details.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills are essential for this position:

  • Proficiency in at least one dedicated furniture BOM/manufacturing software.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp for basic drafting.
  • Ability to interpret furniture construction drawings, dimensions, and material specifications.
  • Competence in Excel for maintaining material lists.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: At least three years of practical experience in furniture detailing or interior drafting.
