**Collateral Management - Client Services Lead / Account Manager

**Your Role & Responsibility as Client Services Lead / Account Manager**
- Offering dedicated services to Triparty clients or a group of key Triparty clients
by monitoring and proactive follow-up of clients’ activity across different collateral products, support client with specific portfolio analysis to optimize collateral allocation.
- Works and constantly coordinates with different stakeholders internally, specifically Account Managers, Relationship Managers and Operations, in solving service issues and escalations raised by clients.
- Representing the client in raising awareness internally on service improvements (including those requiring a structural change).
- Contribute to the preparation or assist to client meetings, presentations, or training with the Dedicated CAM.
- Manage timely and accurately control queries, transactions processing (instructions input) and reporting generation.
- Follow up on custody or Corporate Action events processed on Collateral positions, including cash and securities realignment.
- Challenge, review and develop complex policies procedures with appropriate continuous improvement and risk mind-set to improve our risk resilience as well
as efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute (depending on the size of the project) with a good level of autonomy
to projects related to clients, risk, or operations. This may require writing or validating business requirements, testing or preparing operational readiness (including delivery of training).
- Ensure client satisfaction and client loyalty is developed and maintained.
- Collect issues and expectations through the client survey, the day-to-day monitoring and client contacts.
- Act as internal and external facilitator for any ad hoc escalations

**Your Profile**
- You have 3-5 years client facing experience.
- You have general knowledge of financial markets and securities and eager to broaden your expertise in this field.
- You perform tasks with a constant client focussed approach and you deal with clients skilfully and respectfully establishing an effective relationship based on trust.
- You can perform complex analysis; interpreting problems in their context and looking for information to solve them.
- You demonstrate a strong continuous improvement and risk mindset. Proactively identifies and drives changes and opportunities to improve functions, controls,
or processes within and across teams.
- You take accountability for your actions and decisions.
- You successfully prioritize your tasks and can coordinate several priorities at once considering the potential risk.
- You can work independently, but at the same time work within a team environment, and autonomously.
- You can work under pressure and can accept change.
- You are organized and flexible to face the polyvalence of the role.
- You are a stress resistant person; you can work independently, but at the same time work within a team environment.
- You have an excellent English communication skill, both in written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Euroclear services and securities is an asset.
