- Monitoring of accounts in collateral shortfall and limit excesses.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the team’s day-to-day collateral monitoring & management. -Ensure the team monitors clients’ collateral position in Avaloq and Margin Man and that the margin call procedures are adhered with. -Identify high risk accounts for escalation to management. -Provide guidance to the collateral monitoring & management team. -Review and perform override function on credit checks exceptions routed via Avaloq, such as loan drawdown, transfer-out assets and remittance. -Ensure accurate maintenance of approved parameters in Avaloq/Margin Man and any related collateral management systems. -Engage relevant stakeholders in collateral management process and ensure process gaps are identified and closed from time to time. -Identify and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance risk control and efficiency. -Provide user requirements, participate in UATs and implementation of enhancements in Avaloq, Margin Man and related systems. -Work closely with IT on system production bugs that are identified from time to time. -Conduct training and guidance to RMs/ROs on Collateral Management Systems and Processes. -Ensure month-end and regulatory reports in relation to collateral management are accurately prepared and submitted as per stipulated deadlines. -Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- A recognized university degree with at least 6 years of working experience in the banking industry, preferably in wealth management collateral monitoring. -Knowledge of wealth management and private banking products. -System knowledge and experience in Avaloq and Margin Man an advantage. -Good communication skills, analytical, meticulous and attentive to details and ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels. -Good team player as well as the ability to work independently. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
