Collateral Management Expert

  • As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our collateral management processes.
  • Responsibilities include managing bilateral margin calls, regulatory initial margin calls, and OTC cleared margin calls.
  • You will also manage dispute resolution and support overseas entities on collateral management processes.
  • In addition, you will handle process exceptions and ensure that margin call processes are in accordance with CSA/GMRA/GMSLA/PAD agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage margin call processes, including calculations, issuance, receipt, agreement, and settlement of margin calls.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of margin call processes.
  • Work closely with teams to resolve disputes and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Support the development and implementation of collateral management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of operations experience, preferably in collateral management.
  • Familiarity with OTC derivative products and valuation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
