As SSD (Solid State Drive) FTE (Firmware Test Engineer) Automation Develop Manager, you will lead talented core team based in Shanghai. your will be responsible for leading and managing the activities to implement automation solutions, which enable test and verify controller firmware for NAND-based mass storage solutions in the consumer and enterprise segments. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with fellow US, Inida, SG based automation engineers, system hardware design engineers, and infrastructure engineers, to solve cross-functional issues. You will assist with improving individual capability by conducting performance appraisals with team members to create goals and development plans. You will monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.
