JR38099 SENIOR ENGINEER - FIRMWARE TEST

**As a Firmware Test Engineer at Micron, you will assist in testing the SSD firmware rigorously at all phases of the development process to increase the efficiency of firmware development. You are required to have detailed understanding of firmware design, develop white and grey box test scripts to verify firmware's behavior. You will triage failures and help the development teams to resolve the firmware issues.**:
**Experience / Skills**:

- (1) In depth knowledge and extensive experience in firmware testing.
(2) Expertise in the use of scripting languages, programming tools and environments.
(3) Extensive experience programming in Python.
(4) Experience in the storage industry in SSD, HDD, storage systems, or a related technology.
(5) Understanding of storage interfaces including ideally PCIe/NVMe, SATA, or SAS.
(6) Experience with NAND flash and other non-volatile storage.
(7) Ability to work on complex tasks independently with minimum supervision.
(8) Good leadership and able to coach junior engineers.
(9) Ability to work with other functional teams and under the pressure of multiple priorities.
