Responsibilities
  • Deliver Technical Variance responses and outputs to the required cost, quality, and timescales, with engagement and support of key stakeholders.
  • Understand the Technical Variance request and provide commitments on the dates for Draft availability, and eventual release of document to the applicant.
  • Attend meetings with customer groups like compliance verification, specialists, etc. to seek solution approvals.
  • Perform Technical Execution and approve the Technical documentation as Competent Author.
  • Analyse technical data and make recommendations for technical solutions (technical publication changes).
Qualifications / Skills
  • Essential Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Knowledgeable of Aero-Engine, its Modules, Parts and terminology. 1.5 - 2 years work experience. Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with external customers.
    • Preferred skills: After-market engineering support exposure. Experience working with Aero-Engine products. Ability to exercise engineering judgement to identify Safety/Reliability/Cost issues and provide solutions.
      • Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
