**What the role is**
- You will be part of a team that undertakes the planning, implementation, and review of MINDEF/SAF’s innovation objectives and outcomes.

**What you will be working on**
- On this, you align with the Public Sector Transformation agenda as well as engage MINDEF/SAF officers on innovation efforts. You will champion the understanding of organisational requirements and user needs to design and scale relevant processes, services, and products.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have tertiary qualification, preferably with 5 years' work experience in the field of organisational transformation and innovation, with knowledge in business development, human-centered design, communications, organisational development, and change management. You should possess good project and stakeholder management skills. You should also be empathetic, have an eye for details, with analytical and critical thinking to enable effective engagements of stakeholders and facilitate collaborations with fellow colleagues and other public agency officers. You should understand business development principles and have a agile mind-set and approach to all aspects of daily work. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and work in a fast-paced work environment and utilise an iterative approach to enable rapid delivery of relevant solutions. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
