Our client is an agricultural multinational corporation, selling in over 50 countries. The company is one of the worlds largest producer of fruit and vegetables. They have operations in over 50 countries world-wide. They currently have an opening for an Admin. Assistant, 6 months to 1 year contract, renewable or convertible to permanent position.
Salary between S$ 3000 to S$4000 per month with other benefits.
Responsibilities : The Admin. Assistant will support the following areas:
- Co-ordinate and assist the functional leads with diary and time management support, meeting coordination, AV and catering needs.
- Arrange internal and external events and meetings including calendar scheduling, bookings, venue hire and set-up, catering, related travel arrangements, purchase orders and invoicing
- Team meeting agenda preparation and minute taking as required
- Assist in the collation and distribution of documents and updates
- Arrange travel, accommodation and travel itineraries, ensuring adherence to company Travel Policy
- Assist with arrangements for visits by offshore staff
- Assist with team induction requirements
- Organise team activities (such as birthday, farewells and other celebrations)
- Manage the collation and storage of documents
- Support overall Global and SG office Admin processes & initiatives including travel booking, Visitor Management etc.
- Acting as a back-up for other Team Coordinators / Assistants in the wider Singapore Office
- Other tasks as required Positive contribution as a member of their team:
