Import Export Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented import & Export Manager to handle day-to-day export operations with precision and efficiency with managing documentation and ensuring smooth workflows
Documentation & Coordination:Prepare and manage all export-related documents, including proforma invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, packing lists, and delivery orders.
Use Microsoft Excel extensively for contract creation, modifying and updating packing lists, invoices, and other critical documents.
Operational Excellence:Maintain accurate and organized digital records.
Verify contracts, customer instructions to ensure high standards and compliance.
Work closely with the Director to align daily operations with company objectives.
Assist in preparing quotation sheets and profit tables to support pricing strategies.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in English and Burmese language is added avdantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience in import/export operations as well as sales.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, including skills in creating, modifying, and maintaining critical documents such as contracts, packing lists, and invoices.
the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Must able to travel to Myanmar if required for on ground liasing and goods inspection.
Must be flexible and able to work on Sundays and Public Holidays
Must be able to work till late as some shipments may need to liaise with Europe
Off day will be alternate
