**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of backend services for the platform
- Continuously iterate, optimize, and enhance system stability and performance through elastic design and high-availability architecture

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-10 years of relevant development experience
- Proficient in Java, with strong programming skills in Java IO, multithreading, and networking; familiar with Spring Boot
- Familiar with MySQL; proficient in using and implementing Redis, MQ, and other middleware, as well as their features and high-availability solutions; experienced in large-scale distributed and microservices system architecture
- Familiar with Linux systems, TCP/IP, and related network protocols
- Excellent learning ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility
