Job Title: Enterprise Backend Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead our backend development team and drive the implementation of high-performance applications.

  • Design, architect, and implement robust backend services using Java and related frameworks.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot scalability issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in Java backend development, with at least 2 years of leading teams.
  • Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
