**About the Department**:
The **Credit and Risk Management** function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all system related enhancement for CACS and all other systems
- Coordinate and provide necessary support for project implementation between users and IT
- Perform UAT Testing for all system related enhancement
- Manage CACS collection strategy rule change and provide pre and post implementation support for users
- Initiate process reengineering/streamlining of current workflow for existing process and enforce proper control process for critical items.
- Identify gaps in existing business and IT processes, recommend and execute implementable solutions to address the issues

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized Diploma/Degree holder (preferably in Computer Science or related field) with minimum of 1-year experience in banking environment.
- Broad understanding of the business and information technology, including data networks and database management. Must also be able to review and understand the limitations of technology in relation to key business processes.
- Knowledge in programing, databases, software development processes an advantage.
- Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and respond to request in timely manner
- Need to be able to deal with counterparts who may not be technologically literate
- A team player who is driven, analytical and meticulous, and possesses good written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to work independently.
