CMC are hiring We have a newly created opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our Singapore office on a full time permanent basis. **Please note this role will be based onsite 5 days per week.

**Role Purpose**:
To provide Human Resources & payroll support and guidance on a broad range of policies & practices to CMC Markets entities across APAC, with a focus on our Singapore team.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with CMC’s Human Resources team and wider management team on resource requirements and general employee matters.
- Provide a high quality and cost-effective recruitment service. This will include placing ads on eFinancials and relevant websites and corresponding with applicants in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing services covering multiple areas of Human Resources, including employment/education training (eg. CFMAS exams), employee development, compensation & benefits including insurance administration.
- To build and manage relationships within the business and HR colleagues globally.
- Preparing employment contracts, induction and orientation material for new recruits. Assist with new employee documentation and set up for payroll.
- Update and maintain employee records in Workday.
- Responsible for managing Singapore payroll via external payroll provider. Maintain payroll information & manage payroll preparation for Singapore, by collecting, entering & reviewing data.
- Thoroughly check payroll reports produced by ADP, to assist London office with approval & sign-off.
- Maintain Headcount & Manpower Plan and quarterly budget.
- Support, coach and encourage staff development.
- Identify training and development needs within the business through job analysis, appraisal reviews and regular consultation with line in order to support skill and career development, and internal mobility.
- Implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programmes, and training material aligned with both individual and organisational needs.
- Communicate promptly with internal and/or external stakeholders for any relevant HR matters.
- Ensure the submission of HR reports and statutory returns on a timely basis.
- Generating both regular and ad-hoc reports for Management & global HR team.
- Providing support & advice across the whole employee life cycle, including employee development, performance management, compensation & benefits.
- Help drive & implement strategies such as talent management and wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide HR support to the business as and when required, including, recruitment, performance management, exit interviews, remuneration reviews etc.
- Educating and assisting employees to use global HR systems.
- Work in partnership with wider HR team on projects.
- Respond to employment checking agencies, to confirm the service of past employees.
- When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets
- Work alongside HR & Finance, to ensure accuracy & integrity of payroll data.
- Manage third party relationships with benefit providers, assisting with benchmarking and renewals and assist with providing benefit guidance to employees.
- Ownership of key activities relating to SMCR and Immigration/Work permits, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage responses to audit requests for HR information.
- Ensure effective communication through leadership, peers and team.
- To contribute to the development of a high-performance culture across all business areas
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility for this role.
- Read and comply with CMC policies and procedures as they relate to your employment.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training.
- Always act with integrity in every aspect of the role and take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Degree in HR Management or a business discipline
- At least 8 years HR experie
