**Job Description & Requirements
**Requirements**:

- Responsible for defining project scope, objectives, plans, and performance measurement criteria to ensure project deliverables are completed within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
- Provide technical expertise as required on project.
- Manage and oversee the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules for all projects related to foundation activities to ensure the company’s objectives are achieved
- Plan and review project resources and manpower allocation to ensure the company is operating in an optimal manner
- Attend daily meetings, toolbox meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties.
- Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
- Have knowledge in rebar/carpentry/concreting works
- Able to manage workers and allocate them in well manner to ensure the company is operating in an optimal manner
- Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min 18 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
- Able to read and write in simple English
- Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety
- Possess work at Height Supervisor Certificate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
- Can work well in a team
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects
