** Director of Product** to join our
**CoverWallet team** in
**Aon's Center for Innovation & Analytics (Singapore).**

**What does the role entail**:

- As a Director of Product, you will lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of PMs of multiple seniority levels. You’ll guide the company's efforts to expand our footprint in the APAC region from a product management perspective. You will be responsible for setting the product strategy, defining the operational processes for your team to succeed, and defining the vision for the product in the APAC region. You will be responsible and accountable for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle in your region._
- In this role, you will work closely with senior members of our tech, operations, sales, and business teams. The position is based in Singapore and co-located with our engineering team. The rest of the business functions will be spread across the different APAC markets where we operate. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of PMs, and provide mentorship and coaching.
- Hire and retain top talent
- Conduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizing.
- Own customer journey and continuous evaluation of product-market fit.
- Own and drive the prioritization of the quarterly product roadmap, aligned with our business teams in the region.
- Analyze and lead product performance to meet company goals and targets.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders from tech, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to ship the right solutions for users’ problems.
- Work closely with our engineering teams to ensure our platform is stable, fast, and scalable

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8+ years experience in a product role.
- Have led a successful product team (5+ people) and mentored/coached others on core product management skills.
- Driven product decisions that materially and quantifiable drove the business forward through deep understanding & analysis of business metrics
- Value hard work and are immensely results-oriented
- Have high transparency of thought (which manifests itself in your decision quality)
- A phenomenal communicator who synthesizes info quickly and cogently and brings others along
- Willing to work collaboratively to get things done.
- Insurance knowledge is a plus
