Senior Assistant Manager, Student Administration

Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)
is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 2,000 are graduate students.
Key Responsibilities- Providing leadership and mentorship to the Assessment and Awards Team on undergraduate assessment, examination and award matters.- Managing examination mark processing and administer Mark Entry System (MES), including preparing reports for School Board of Examiners (BOE) meeting.- Acting as a key liaison between the team and key stakeholders to drive critical processes such as BOE, exam paper preparation, student results appeal and special student arrangements for assessment.- Coordinating the nomination and award of academic medals and book prizes in accordance with academic policy and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is preferred).- Minimum of 7years of experience in educational administration or program management.- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.- Previous experience in data analytics or statistical analysis is advantageous.- Familiarity with higher education policies and accreditation standards is beneficial.
