- Responsible for the development of container runtime, ensuring the stability and security of container runtime components such as containerd and CRI;
- Improve container runtime's resource isolation and control on CPU/GPU/Memory/IO/Network in online service/batch job colocation
- Integrate with the resource scheduling and monitoring platforms, setup SLI/ SLO;to improve performance and optimise node resource utilisation continuously;
- Develop and implement automation and engineering solutions to detect and fix potential problems via test-driven development, chaos engineering and regular fire drills, and to react quickly to incidents to reduce unnecessary manual operations and improve response time

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields;
- Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems
- In-depth understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms, operating systems, networks, databases, etc)
- Strong and hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Go, Python, C++, Java
****Skills below are optional but preferable**:

- Contributed to open-source projects such as Linux Kernel, Kubernetes, Docker, containerd, runc and etc
- Familiar with Linux dynamic tracing and performance profiling
- Experience with software troubleshooting
- Familiar with Cloud Native technical stacks, such as Kubernetes, Prometheus, cAdvisor, CRI, containerd, etcd
- Familiar with the implementations of cgroup v2, cgroup, namespace, CFS scheduler
