Technical:

- Able to understand technical drawing/troubleshooting charts
- High level of electrical/electronic troubleshooting down to component level.
- Experience with analytical instrument and related installation/preventive maintenance/service procedure
- Able to do In-house repair, upgrade on analytical instrument
- Provide technical support and offer recommendation to customer for technical related issue.
- Submit weekly technical issue report weekly to Team Leader
- Carry out calibration and configuration on analytical instrument according to individual instrument ASTM method.
- Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly
- Provide quality repair and preventive maintenance service of company analytical equipment at customer site
