**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Client Services Accountant, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee daily accounting processes, such as month-end close procedures, audits, and yearly reporting for an assortment of clients.
- Performing bank reconciliations and forecasting cash flow to ensure fiscal stability.
- Overseeing payroll functions and providing assistance in budgeting and cost analysis.
- Preparing and filing various tax returns, including corporation tax, employer tax, and GST.

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Proficiency with MS Excel, XERO, MYOB, and Payday. Experience with other accounting software will be considered an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet demanding deadlines.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A diploma/degree in accounting coupled with at least 4 years of comprehensive accounting and tax compliance experience, preferably in a related industry.
- CPA / ACCA certification or equivalents is an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while completing tasks.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and/or another language will be a plus.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask.
- Goodcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
