**Group Sustainability Specialist Responsibilities**

ESG
- Develop and execute ESG strategies for the Group
- Prepare the Annual and Sustainability Report
- Actively contribute to the Group’s sustainability initiatives
- Advise sustainability the RESG Board on global standards (TCFD/GRI/BCA GM/ISO)
- Work closely with the local projects team (Business Units) to facilitate the integrity of data consolidation
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to spearhead the Group’s embodied and operational carbon tabulation initiatives
- Explore opportunities pertaining to awards/sponsorships/collaborations
- Draft thought leadership articles on the Group’s sustainability efforts

Finance
- Be part of the group financial reporting team responsible for monthly group reporting, group results announcement preparation, quarterly performance reviews, annual budgeting, preparation of audited financial statements and regulatory compliance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 Years of working experience
- Degree from a recognized University.
- Demonstrate knowledge in either - _Carbon & GHG Accounting/ Lifecycle assessment and related ISOs / Green Building Designs and environmental protection initiatives (BCA Green Mark, Leeds, Singapore Green Plan)_
- Good communicator with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong book keeping skills, meticulous with an eye for details.
- Independent, diligent, analytical and self-motivated
- Applicants who are available immediately &/or within short notice will have an added advantage.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
