**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to Sales and Product teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate document processing.
- Facilitate invoicing, issuing of credit notes, and document matching for retail channel customers.
- Attend to customer enquiries regarding orders and product availability.
- Print customer invoices and scan signed copies into the system.
- Manage proper filing records.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
