**Your new role**

You will be assisting in implementing strategies to improve conversion rate, cart value and customer experience. Moreover, you have to actively use both qualitative and quantitative data sources to drive campaigns and marketing activities. You will also be troubleshooting and resolving problems with optimization set ups. All in all you will be assisting in the development and improvement of the conversion optimization team's processes and strategies by doing research and providing recommendations to aid in strategic decisions.

**What you'll need to succeed**

At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce. Basic understanding in HTML5 and CSS3 is a must. Relevant qualifications in Business Information Technology, Marketing or any related field. You must be a strong analytical thinker and demonstrate the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment.
