**What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?**

**Primary Role Responsibilities**

Provide support in the origination and execution of M&A, capital markets and acquisitions and generally advisory transactions in the sectors covered by the ENRIT team

Preparation of presentation materials and delivery of pitches to clients/prospects for marketing purposes

Development of various types of financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

Execution of transactions under supervision of MD/Director

**What is required for you to succeed?**

Technically strong in financial modelling

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and VBA

Experience working on transactions in the Energy, Natural Resource & Infrastructure sector(s) specifically Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining and Power or Transportation/Infrastructure will be beneficial, ideally as part of a sector team

Proactive, results driven with a genuine interest in Banking and Finance

Strong decision making and analytical skills

Strong commitment and hard-working individual given nature of the industry

Act with integrity and is a strong team player

Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client focused and commercial mind-set

Proficiency in speaking and written English

Proficiency in Mandarin or another South East Asian language

Minimum 6 years of Corporate Finance (M&A and ECM) experience with reputable international investment banks

Bachelor or Master Degree in Banking and Finance or the equivalent is preferable
