Natural Resources Leadership Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Natural Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth in the Asia region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the energy, power, and renewables sectors, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to new business opportunities through collaboration with colleagues in Specialty and across Aon.
  • Create and contribute ideas for growth initiatives across the team.
  • Work with the Global, Regional, Country Management Teams and Aon Service Teams to deliver insurance solutions and services to the Natural Resources client base.
  • Responsible for the delivery of uniformed discipline around work in progress, new business pipelines and process delivery.

The successful candidate will also be required to maintain strong relationships with clients, projects, and prospects, and support claims administration, management, and advocacy as needed.

Skills and experience that will lead to success include:

  • Minimum requirement (BCP, PGI, CommGI) for registration with MAS or such similar qualification acceptable to MAS.
  • Preference for previous experience in the energy, power, renewables, and construction insurance sector and client.
