Executive Search for Financial Services (Corporate Finance/Wealth Management)

An established Corporate/Investment Bank is seeking a seasoned investment banking professional to drive origination and execution of strategic transactions across Southeast Asia. This role will focus on high-growth and capital-intensive industries, including renewable energy, natural resources, and emerging technologies that support the shift toward a low-carbon economy. You will partner with regional product and sector teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads origination of Investment Banking and M&A/advisory transactions across infrastructure, resources, and sustainability-related sectors.
  • Oversees and supports deal execution, coordinating with internal product and coverage teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Builds and manages client relationships across SEA, identifying opportunities and securing investment banking mandates.
  • Works with regional leadership to shape sector strategies, including opportunities in renewables, EV supply chains, and resource transition.
  • Participates in all stages of transactions, including financial analysis, project modelling, negotiations, and closing.
  • Supports adjacent sector opportunities and ensures smooth handover to relevant teams where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of corporate finance or investment banking experience in Asia.
  • Demonstrated track record in originating and executing transactions in sectors such as renewables, natural resources, energy infrastructure, or adjacent industrials.
  • Solid background in Investment Banking or Infrastructure Finance within Southeast Asia.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Existing network across relevant corporate and institutional clients in the region.
