**Customer Service/ Snr Customer Service Executive role with a fast growing social enterprise.**
**Salary**: $1500 to $3000 (depending on relevant work experience) + Year end bonus Job + Loyalty bonus after 2 years of employment
Description:
- Receive enquiries (phone and walk-ins) related to Phonics and Math Classes;
- Update attendance management system (IT system);
- Collect school fees (using IT system);
- Upload weekly photos and curriculum slides to our IT system;
- Planning and organising of SkillsFuture training courses;
- Centre maintenance (cleaning and upkeep);
- Core working hours are on Fridays and weekends Job Requirement:
- Able to work on:
- Monday and Tuesday 10am to 6pm. Friday from 9 to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 6.30pm
- Off days are on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

- Must be okay with presence of dog (Centre dog is a small Shetland Sheepdog that is trained not to bite and is good with kids. Centre dog helps beneficiaries reduce anxiety and to look forward to classes.)

This means that all decisions pertaining to our curriculum are made based on the best interests of the child. We believe in providing quality education at a reasonable price.
As such, we have grown tremendously in students enrolment in these past 4 years as we are lean and flexible to constantly innovate and tweak our curriculum to ensure that we are at the forefront of research.
