**Job description**

A CDP at RVLT need to be able to run smoothly the designed kitchen section, keeping it at all moments at the highest level for the restaurant standards. A CDP will rotate within sections being learning each one of them, and being able to run each of them at the same level.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and stocking station with all necessary supplies.
- If there is a cook under your responsibility, you will teach and guide him/her at all moments, making sure he/she works at a fast pace and finish tasks within the designed timmings, and keeps always the station clean and tidy. We will demand to the cook to work at the same level as a CDP as this is the next step in a cook career.
- If there is rotation within stations, each of the CDP’s will support each other to make sure the transition is smooth and we teach them all we have learn while we were running that station.
- Set up and stocking station with all necessary supplies.
- Keep and arrange delivered stocks appropriately.
- Keep kitchen always clean and tidy, when starting working, while working and when work is over.
- Mis-en-place preparation.
- Provide an ordering list to the chef in charge of orderings that makes sense to the volume and occupancy of the restaurant at that moment.
- Mantain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in timely fashion.
- Answer, report and follow given instructions by the head chef or the person in charge.
- Serves food and explain with great knowledge and confidence, clears plates and condimentsfrom the table if required.

**Salary and Benefits**

Salary will be above market rates. Besides basic salary, an employee will be entitled to other bonus after probation period.

An employee will be rostered a weekly schedule based on a 5 days work-week. Operation time will be in the evening and dinner will be provided.

An employee will also be entitled to 21 days of annual leave after probation period.

**Only Singaporeans.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
