
Senior Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Management of MLO / NVOCC accounts - complete responsibility for all assigned MLO / NVOCC accounts for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
- Active participation in the end-to-end Sales process involving Proposal / Quotation / BAF notice / Rate Negotiation / Closing spot Adhoc rates / Make sure Dead Freight contracts are running well and in case of any assistance ensure regular calls are done to the concerned Client for DF arrangements.
- Ensure and achieve the sales target set for various trade/service corridors. Oversee agency performance.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
- Identify customer needs, opportunities, and key buying factors, to provide tailor made solutions.
- Attend to customers’ queries on product and services on daily basis.
- Source and develop client referrals
- Work closely with cross functions and relay important information.
- Monitor competition, market conditions and product development through close dialogue / engagement with agents/ customers, to consider the appropriate actions.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a customer database with Sales activity record.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to problem solve and arrive at best solution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong project and time management skills + proficiency in Chinese is preferred (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
