Central Singapore PPG Industries Full time

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be the pillar for both the customer service and internal sales team. Whilst managing a team of 4, you will be reporting to the SEA Commercial Manager, of Aerospace PPG. This role is based in Seletar, Singapore.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage the customer service team to ensure all work are properly handled in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure KPIs are met.
- Provide resolutions on matters that are escalated to ensure that it is resolved
- Review on process and identify potential work stoppage
- Maintain and build good working relationship with customers
- Follow up on sales enquires and provide sales quotation
- Handle complaints and work with the relevant departments to resolve or provide solution on the complaints
- Liaise with call ins on new business opportunities.
- Develop profitable business with new and existing customers
- Export Control Compliance management - identify potential export control compliance (ECC) violations

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related field - aerospace, aviation or chemicals
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Team management experience is an advantage
- Must have past customer service experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have good potential and profile
